The Why
We couldn't ignore what was in
our pans.
It started with a simple question: what is the coating on my pan actually made of?
The answers weren't reassuring. PTFE, PFAS, synthetic coatings, and materials that can degrade under high heat. The very surface our food touches every single day.
We looked at the alternatives. Stainless steel that sticks. Ceramic that wears down. Non-stick pans that need replacing again and again.
Then we came back to something older, simpler, and stronger: iron.
