1. Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU and UK consumer protection laws. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- It must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
⚠ Important:Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of cookware that has been used.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@reincast.com and include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. We will offer:

- A full refund, including shipping
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your item and place a new order.

- Items damaged due to misuse, improper seasoning, or incorrect cleaning
