"A kitchen built on cast iron is a kitchen built to last."
The REINCAST 3-Piece Set brings together the three most fundamental vessels in serious cooking. Each piece shares the same hand-polished bronze finish and foundry-level craftsmanship — unified in aesthetic, distinct in function.
Polished Cast Iron Skillet — GV-71B
- Satin-smooth interior — polished by hand to a bronze finish that accelerates natural seasoning and delivers clean food release from day one.
- Leather handle cover included — a formed leather grip sleeve comes with the skillet to protect your hand and complement the bronze surface aesthetic.
- 22 cm · 1.6 kg — the ideal daily-use size for eggs, searing, sautéing, and stovetop-to-oven finishing.
Polished Cast Iron Dutch Oven — GV-72B
- Polished inside and outside — the bronze finish extends to both interior and exterior surfaces, including the domed lid, giving the pot a refined presence on any table.
- Smooth flat bottom — precision-leveled base prevents scratching on glass and ceramic stovetops while ensuring full contact with induction rings.
- 26.5 cm · 2.5 kg — sized for braises, soups, stews, and deep frying. The lid seals in moisture for slow, even cooking.
Polished Cast Iron Bread Mould — GV-73B
- Polished interior for clean release — the smooth cast surface allows baked bread to demould without tearing, without oiling the tin before every use.
- Linen storage bag included — a natural linen pouch comes with the mould for storage, protecting the surface between uses.
- 31 cm · 3.6 kg — a full-size loaf mould with a fitted lid, suitable for sourdough, brioche, and covered baking that requires a controlled steam environment.

"The satin surface is not decoration. It is the result of removing everything unnecessary."
The bronze tone visible in REINCAST cookware is not a coating or a paint. It is the natural colour of polished raw iron — the result of surface preparation that removes micro-roughness at the foundry level. The more the cookware is used, the deeper and more uniform the colour becomes.
- Hand-polished, not sprayed — the surface is worked by hand using polishing technology that creates a satin-smooth plane invisible to the naked eye but felt immediately in use.
- Seasoning bonds faster — a smooth base layer means natural oil seasoning bonds more uniformly and builds a durable non-stick patina in fewer cooking cycles.
- Colour deepens over time — as layers of seasoning build, the bronze tone darkens toward a deep, lustrous brown-black. This is patina — a sign of quality in use, not wear.
- Applied inside and out — unlike most cast iron where only the cooking surface is finished, REINCAST pieces are polished on exterior surfaces too, so the cookware looks as considered as it performs.
03
"No PTFE. No PFOA. No ceramic spray. Just iron, oil, and heat."
Every piece in the REINCAST set is seasoned with 100% vegetable oil — heat-bonded to the iron surface at the foundry before shipping. There are no synthetic primers, no chemical coatings, and no materials that can degrade under cooking temperatures.
- Zero synthetic coatings — the cooking surface is pure iron with a natural oil seasoning. Nothing that can flake, chip, or off-gas at high temperatures.
- Pre-seasoned with vegetable oil — food-grade, chemical-free. Arrives ready to cook without any additional preparation required.
- Safe at any oven temperature — full iron construction means there is no upper heat limit. Suitable for broiling, searing, and covered baking at maximum oven temperatures.
- Trace dietary iron — cooking with well-seasoned cast iron can contribute small, beneficial amounts of iron to food — a quality no synthetic pan can offer.
04
"From open flame to oven. Without limitation."
All three pieces in the REINCAST set are engineered to move freely between every heat environment — a standard that aluminium and clad cookware cannot meet. Each piece is a single casting of iron, with no welds, no plastic components, and no temperature ceiling.
- All heat sources — gas, electric, induction, ceramic, halogen, open flame, campfire, and oven. Every piece works in every environment, without adapters or compromise.
- Superior heat retention — the mass of the iron holds temperature steady even when cold ingredients contact the surface, preventing the heat loss that causes steaming instead of searing or browning.
- Oven-safe without temperature limit — no plastic handles, no synthetic materials of any kind. The entire set can be placed under a broiler or into a 500°F+ oven without risk.
- Smooth bases protect stovetops — the polished flat bottom of each piece prevents surface scratching on glass and ceramic hobs — a specific engineering detail built into the Dutch Oven and Bread Mould.

"Cast iron does not ask for much. What it asks for, it returns tenfold."
The same care routine applies to every piece in the REINCAST set. No specialist products, no complicated processes. A few consistent habits keep all three pieces in perfect condition for generations.
- After each use — rinse with warm water while still warm. Use a stiff brush or pan scraper for residue. Avoid prolonged soaking on any piece.
- Drying — dry each piece immediately and thoroughly with a cloth, then place briefly over low heat to remove all remaining moisture. Critical for the bread mould, which has more surface area for water to collect.
- Seasoning maintenance — apply a very thin layer of vegetable or flaxseed oil to the interior while warm. Wipe until the surface appears matte, not shiny. Excess oil causes sticky residue.
- Leather handle cover — remove before placing the skillet in the oven. Wipe clean with a dry cloth. Do not submerge in water.
- Linen bread mould bag — for storage only. Remove before any use over heat. Hand wash if needed.
- If rust appears — surface oxidation is not damage. Scrub with steel wool, rinse, dry fully, and re-season in a 450°F oven for one hour. All three pieces can be fully restored this way.
