01
"Not every pan deserves a place on your stove. This one earns it."
Most cast iron is rough. Machine-cast, left unfinished, and sold with the expectation that you'll fix it yourself over years of use. REINCAST takes a different approach. Each skillet is hand-polished at the foundry — a process that removes surface porosity and creates a cooking plane that builds seasoning faster, releases food more cleanly, and improves with every use.
- Hand-polished interior surface — eliminates the rough texture common to mass-produced cast iron, allowing seasoning layers to bond uniformly and build a natural, durable patina over time.
- Pre-seasoned with 100% natural oil — no synthetic coatings, no chemical primers. The first seasoning layer is applied at high temperature before the pan leaves the foundry, arriving ready to cook.
- Solid single-pour construction — no seams, no welds, no weak points. Cast as a single piece of iron, delivering structural integrity that clad cookware cannot match.
- Improves with age — unlike coated pans that degrade, REINCAST develops a deeper, more resilient cooking surface the more it is used. A well-used skillet after ten years outperforms a new one.
02
"No coatings. No compromise."
The modern cookware industry relies heavily on synthetic non-stick coatings — materials that, under heat stress, can degrade and release compounds into food and air. REINCAST contains none of them. The cooking surface is raw, polished iron. Nothing more.
- Zero synthetic coatings — no PTFE, no PFOA, no ceramic sprays. What you cook on is pure iron, which has been used safely for centuries.
- No chemical seasoning agents — the pre-seasoning is applied using a single food-grade natural oil, heat-bonded to the iron surface before it ships.
- Trace iron enrichment — cooking with well-seasoned cast iron can contribute small, beneficial amounts of dietary iron to food — a quality no synthetic pan can offer.
- Safe at any temperature — the pan will not off-gas, blister, or degrade under high heat. It is oven-safe without upper temperature limits.
03
"Heat that holds. Results you can taste."
Cast iron retains heat at a level that thinner pans physically cannot. Once REINCAST reaches temperature, it maintains an even, consistent cooking surface — whether you are searing at high heat or finishing low and slow. It moves from stove to oven without a second thought.
- Exceptional heat retention — the mass of the iron holds temperature steady even when cold food hits the surface, preventing the temperature drops that cause steaming instead of searing.
- Compatible with all heat sources — gas, electric, induction, ceramic, halogen, open flame, campfire, and oven. One pan for every environment.
- Oven-safe without limit — no plastic handles, no synthetic coatings. REINCAST can be placed directly in a 500°F oven or under a broiler without risk.
- Ideal for searing, baking, roasting, frying — the skillet performs equally across techniques, from a perfect crust on steak to a cast iron cornbread baked at the table.
04
"Precision is not an accident. It is a choice made at the foundry."
REINCAST is designed with the geometry of cooking in mind. The handle angle, the pour spout placement, the lip of the rim — each detail exists to reduce friction between cook and pan, allowing full attention on the food.
- Dual pour spouts — positioned on opposite sides of the rim to allow clean, controlled pouring of fats and liquids in either direction without mess.
- Ergonomic handle angle — cast at a precise upward angle for balanced lifting and a natural grip, reducing wrist strain during transfer from stove to oven.
- Assist handle opposite — a secondary grip on the far side allows two-handed control when moving a full, heavy pan safely.
- Flat, stable cooking base — precision-leveled at the foundry to ensure full contact with flat-top and induction surfaces, eliminating hot spots caused by warped pans.
- 26 cm diameter — a versatile size for everyday cooking, large enough for a full meal and refined enough for precise technique.

06
"Cast iron does not ask for much. What it asks for, it returns tenfold."
REINCAST is designed to simplify ownership. No special products required. No complicated routines. A few consistent habits after each use are all the pan will ever need.
- After each use — rinse with warm water while still warm. Use a stiff brush or pan scraper to remove food residue. Avoid prolonged soaking.
- Drying — dry thoroughly with a cloth immediately after rinsing, then place briefly over low heat on the stove to evaporate any remaining moisture.
- Seasoning maintenance — apply a very thin layer of natural oil (flaxseed, grapeseed, or vegetable) to the interior surface while still warm. Wipe away excess until the surface appears matte, not wet.
- Soap — a small amount of mild dish soap used occasionally will not harm a well-seasoned REINCAST. Avoid harsh detergents or abrasive scrubbers.
- Storage — store in a dry environment. If stacking with other cookware, place a cloth or paper towel between pans to protect the surface.
- If rust appears — this is surface oxidation, not damage. Scrub with steel wool, rinse, dry fully, and re-season in a 450°F oven for one hour. The pan is restored.
